Diversity represents the whole of the company
Our strength is based on the successful cooperation of our diverse teams. In addition, all employees get the chance of development in a variety of professional and individual aspects by means of systematic qualification. At present, 24 women and 86 men are employed at BEIT Systemhaus. With a range of age from 20 to 60 years and an average age of 36 years, we represent a lively mixture of young people and experienced employees. The employees have the benefit of balancing their personal and professional lives by working classical “flextime hours or various forms of part-time employment. This benefits the employees as well as the company by ensuring a high quality of output.
Know-how represents our asset – qualification represents our way
We specifically support the education and development of our employees in connection with the spheres of activity assigned to them. So the employees get the chance to continually extend their individual knowledge. The acquired skills also benefit our colleagues, the company, and ultimately our customers. In this connection, we attach great importance to qualification measures on a high-quality level. These measures lead to acknowledged certifications. We count on continuous staff training measures.
